From the moment she left school, she cut her curation teeth at media firms, including Viacom, Foxtel and Network Ten, in various advertising, music and programming roles. Through the years Kath has gone on to manage and implement cultural, community and commercial strategies and campaigns through varying mediums including online, broadcast and events. This means she has unrivalled experience in the development, creation and curation of brand and audience specific campaign strategy/execution.
Her experience has ensured she build strong networks and relationships with collaborative businesses, artists, entrepreneurs and creatives. It has also fuelled a personal drive to change social stigmas by challenging boundaries and inequalities in gender rights. Aaron has developed a wide and varied skill set in his professional life – ranging from Television and New Media Operations in Australia and the U.K (working with brands such as Network Ten, Cutting Edge, FOXTEL, Universal, Showtime & Technicolor) through to small business management and hospitality operations.
The co-creator of successful and respected brands including Green Tangerine Long Jetty, Henry Lee’s and Black Treacle Espresso Bar, Aaron has also been heavily involved in the curation and operation of events such as Long Jetty Street Festival and the ‘Welcome to Long Jetty’ Wall.
With a strong belief in the power of community engagement through the creation of carefully curated cultural events, business initiatives and interesting ideas, his free thinking and ability to build a business from the ground up – or change direction of a brand to build customer engagement – make him the perfect partner to help drive the expansion of Create Curate Collective.

Matthew Richardson hails from the NSW Central Coast, where he has managed several fast-paced hospitality venues. His charismatic personality and flare found him business-building and redeveloping establishments such as Rojo Rocket and The Glass Onion Society. Helping to transform and grow both, Matt has built personal and professional relationships that helped ensure each venture developed in line with their individual community’s ethos.
Passionate about people, Matthew’s move to Redfern and Henry Lee’s was a natural one. There, Matt creates strong connections with both the clientele and the community and his drive and support for his team ensure that events and corporate functions go off without a hitch. Matt’s people skills, fun nature, creative drive and experience building and re-developing businesses will be an asset to Create Curate Collective.

Scott E is an Australian and international award-winning designer and photographer with over 10 years’ experience, having transitioned from a full time successful music career to the visual arts. With an intense passion for design, photography and music culture he believes art and design are a global language that communicate beautiful ideas and messages and are far more than shape and form or aesthetic. His belief is that classic design and typography should be unaware of trends and avoid being superfluous.
He has worked with a plethora of local Australian artists and start-up businesses through to global brands that include Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, Park Hyatt, BJ Ball NYC, Gardena, Fox8 and Husqvarna.
He predominantly uses the right portion of his brain, prefers not to shave, loves coffee, collects art, tells people that he doesn’t eat chocolate and speaks fluent French.

Having spent a great portion of his formative years living and working abroad, it is hardly surprising that Matt has cultivated his exceptional natural affinities into an eclectic array of specialized skillsets.
His 10 + years in the creative industry have seen him successfully engage in a wide selection of diverse roles, including (but not limited to) working for a footwear company despite his own intense loathing for wearing shoes.
From low-budget passion projects with artists and musicians to working with big guns like Mambo, Coke, Woolworths and Qantas, and specialty brands such as Elan Polo, PIU and Aquatech, Matt has carved a career for himself out of sheer versatility.
He has an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative cloud suite, design, photography, editing and motion graphics. As a result, Matt is well provisioned to pursue his love of stretching creative boundaries with a style that carries a heady aroma of the past, and a lusty eye for the future whilst simultaneously whirling timelessly in the now.
At present Matt is predominantly working with Central Coast based businesses such as Mountain Sounds festival, The Beery and the Central Coast Academy of Sports and would love to see his hometown thrive and grow as a place that nurtures and broadens the horizons for creative talent, expression and understanding.
